This page describes what information this website actually collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. It covers the MedTech Innovation, LLC public website only — not phone calls or in-person visits, which are handled directly by our staff.

The only personal or business information this website is built to collect is what a visitor voluntarily types into one of three forms: the Contact form, the Schedule a Visit form, and the Cleanroom Space inquiry form. Depending on which form is used, the fields include contact information (name, work email address, phone number), company information, address information, and inquiry, project, or visit-request details you provide, including messages and dropdown or checkbox selections (such as a topic, preferred visit type, or an NDA request). When a form is submitted, technical information associated with that submission, such as the IP address it was sent from, is included as well.
Submitting one of these three forms sends this information to MedTech Innovation, LLC by email, using the service described under "Service providers" below. The information is used only to respond to your submission.
We do not operate a newsletter or marketing-email signup, and no such consent mechanism exists anywhere on the site.
Information reaches us in one of two ways. First, through the phone number and email address shown throughout the site (+1 949-336-2972 and [email protected]) — clicking these links simply hands off to your own phone or email application; the website itself does not capture anything when you click them. Second, through the three forms described above: submitting a form sends the information you entered, along with the submission's technical information described above, to us as described under "Service providers" below.
This website does not use cookies, browser storage, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels to collect information about your visit. See "Cookies and analytics" below for what that means in practice.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which also runs the serverless function that processes form submissions. As with most web hosting arrangements, this means standard technical request information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) passes through Cloudflare's infrastructure as part of serving the site and handling a form submission.
We use information submitted through the site's forms solely to respond to your inquiry — to assess availability, prepare a quotation, schedule a visit, or answer your question — consistent with the existing note on each form that "your information is used to respond to this request only." We do not use website form information for advertising or for sale to third parties.

This site does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or any analytics or advertising tracking (there is no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar script anywhere on the site). Because none of these technologies are implemented, we have not added a cookie-consent banner; if that changes in the future, this section and the site's practices will be updated together.
The one third-party resource this site does load is Google Fonts (for the typefaces used across every page). When your browser loads a page here, it makes a direct request to Google's font servers, which means Google may receive your IP address and standard request information as part of that request — independent of anything this site collects itself. This is standard behavior for any site using Google Fonts loaded this way.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which also runs the serverless function ("Cloudflare Pages Functions") that handles form submissions. As the hosting and function-execution provider, Cloudflare's infrastructure necessarily processes the content of a form submission in the course of running that function.
Form-submission notification emails are sent using Resend, a transactional email-delivery service. When a form is submitted, its content is passed to Resend so it can be delivered by email to MedTech Innovation, LLC's business inbox. We do not use a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, email-marketing platform, or any other form-processing or marketing service.
We do not sell personal information. Information submitted through the website's forms is shared only as necessary to operate the site and deliver your submission to us — specifically with Cloudflare and Resend, as described under "Service providers" above. If you contact us by phone or email, that correspondence is handled directly by our own staff and is not shared with third parties except as needed to respond to your inquiry (for example, looping in the relevant engineer).
Form submissions are delivered to us by email rather than stored in a website database — this site does not maintain a database of form submissions. Information from form submissions, and correspondence sent to us by phone or email, is kept in the ordinary course of business (for example, in our email account) for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal or business requirements, or until you ask us to delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information submitted through this website. The website is delivered over HTTPS and is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This site does not use cookies or analytics, so there is little automated collection of that kind to request access to or deletion of. If you have submitted one of the site's forms, or contacted us by phone or email, you may ask us to correct or delete that information by contacting us using the information below, and we will do so to the extent reasonably possible.
California law (the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives California residents certain rights regarding personal information, for businesses that meet certain thresholds of revenue, data volume, or data sales. This section describes our practices; it is not a statement that any particular California privacy statute applies to MedTech Innovation, LLC, nor a claim of CCPA/CPRA compliance.
Regardless of applicability, our actual practice today is: we do not sell personal information, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use cookies or tracking technology on this site. California residents with privacy questions can reach us using the contact information below.
This website is a business-to-business site addressed to medical device engineering, quality, and manufacturing professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
As built today, this site does not contain any links to third-party websites (aside from the tel: and mailto: protocol links described above, which hand off to your own phone or email application rather than another website). If a link to a third-party site is added in the future, that site's own privacy practices, not this policy, would govern information you provide there.
We may update this policy as our practices change — for example, when a live form-submission path, analytics, or a new third-party service is connected. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
