Schedule a facility tour or quality audit.

Tours cover the full contamination control sequence — reception, gowning, transfer airlock, Class 10,000 floor and packaging — in process order. Visits are scheduled in advance and conducted under NDA. Cleanroom entry requires gowning and facility procedure briefing.

Four visit types.

Each requires different personnel and preparation. Specifying the visit type in advance ensures the relevant engineering or quality staff are present.

Facility tour

Full contamination control sequence, bench configuration, process equipment and shared floor. Sufficient to assess facility suitability.

Tour plus quality audit

Quality system review with your auditor: records, training documentation, document and change control. Conducted prior to supplier qualification.

Technical review

Technical session with senior engineering covering device construction, process steps and fixturing requirements. Drawings reviewed under executed NDA.

Video walkthrough

Live walkthrough on camera with questions answered in real time, where travel is not practical.

Standard tour agenda.

First 10 min

Sign-in and program briefing

Visitor sign-in, introduction to assigned engineering staff, and review of the device and current development stage.

Next 15 min

Gowning and transfer airlock

Controlled entry procedure, material transfer protocol into the classified space, and the training required before floor access.

Next 25 min

Cleanroom floor

Bench configuration, microscope stations, process equipment and private rooms. Entry available with gowning; garments provided.

Next 10 min

Storage, receiving and utilities

Secured material storage, receiving and staging, and the compressed air generation and filtration system.

Last 10 min

Scope review

Availability, terms, customer-supplied requirements, and an assessment of technical fit.

Before you arrive

Visitor requirements.

Bring

  • Photo ID for sign-in
  • Closed-toe shoes — required for cleanroom entry
  • Your process steps, even roughly sketched
  • Target quantities and dates, if you have them
  • Your QA reviewer, if a supplier file is the goal
  • Drawings only after NDA execution

Expect

  • Gowning before entering the classified space — garments provided
  • No photography inside the cleanroom — other customer programs are in process
  • Visitor parking directly outside the front entrance
  • Senior engineering present, not sales alone
  • A direct assessment of technical fit
  • A written follow-up with availability and next steps

Visitors check in at reception and present a valid photo ID on arrival; closed-toe footwear is required for cleanroom access.
